收到租户的一个短信，请问怎样回复为好？谢谢建议

SFH,  五年新的房子，保持非常好。 他们是第二家租客。搬进去五个月，一直按时交房费。 黑人，女的在家没工作，男的是一个清洗大型卡车连锁店的管理者。三个孩子。当时不太想租给他们。因为这个房子很新，上一个租客一个人租了几年，保持的很好。但今年经济不好，怕找不到租客。而且男的是因为公司派他到新的店做管理，所以当时公司也出了证明信。 

今天收到短信： “hello, i was just texting to let you know rent might be short or late for September. Our rent money that we have put up we have to go into it because we are evacuating because of the storm this is so unexpected and ask if you can understand ."  

这周我们州的确说要来几个hurrican .  有的人的确在撤离。 周三周四两天最坏的天气。 州政府没要求强制撤离， voluntary evacuation. 

我怎么回复这个短息呢？ 怕一开了头，他们以后还会不断的找借口。 内心还是对他们不放心的。 我还有其他几个相同的房子出租，都没有这个问题。
