退休后的资产配置

经领导批准提前退休已一年多了。因为疫情，出国旅游的事今年就黄了，无所事事，天天去海滩发呆。坐标温哥华。以下净资产比例为大概估计。自住房和mortgage没考虑。加拿大的CPP和OAS也没考虑。

Stock/Preferred shares 32% （美股/加股各一半）

Rental Properties 23%

Annuity 22%

Pension as asset 20%

Gold 3%
