旧房客晚了两天搬出。新房客卡车已租好。和新房客协商不行只能取消新lease并赔偿500租车费

旧房客是month to month倒是给了30天通知。 可以因为新家搬不进去，殃及我和我的新房客。好在有旧房客几千的押金。我可以扣多少？一个月，半个月，10天？
