One tip to save you a lot of money

We just bought a brand new house in Windermere last December. Our house is over 3300 sf and the price is about 1 million. We love Windermere. It's a very good place to live and raise kids.

We used some broker to buy the house from builder. Builder paied 3% commission to my broker and my broker gave 2% to me. So I saved $20000.

You wouldn't get a better price if you don't have an agent.

The builder requires that your broker goes with you and registers on your first visit. Find some agent who can give you good rebate and visit the model homes with your agent.
