今天找到投资房30年2.99%deal 怎么样？

就是不能cash out，准备先做俩，然后再继续等，是loandepot的deal， 是目前我找到的最好的，虽然还依然看跌，但是投资房这个感觉已经不错了。LOANDEPOT是全国性的，喜欢的可以找你们当地的loandepot 问问

 

最近 10年期国债一直在跌的，目前几乎是历史最低，如果跌破这个位置，就预期政府可能负利率，但是美联储说了不会负利率？那只有加大买债券压低实际利率。所以我预期贷款利率还会跌，只是目前这个位置已经觉得不错了。

你看那天锁利率很重要，6月初的时候的房贷利率就可能比现在最少高半个点。
