Opportunities only reward people who are patient

Couple of things:

1. San francisco's house listing suddenly spiked, you might want to check other big cities.

2. Is Nasdaq peaking coming like 1999. CA economy high depends on these techs (who knows, but I only see this type of crazy run up back in 1999. Not saying it will play out the same way. But something to think about).

I would not rush into anything.
