新的看房的吓跑了,该怎么办?
老房客住了俩年,抱怨很多次邻居,狗放在阳台叫个不停,车停我房客的位置上,狗差点咬了女儿,半夜三更声音很大,etc。我report给HOA,HOA说要我房客录像做记录,他们才可以发warning,房客怕了,不干,说搬走算了。(HOA怕惹官司,发warning一定要有证据,哎)
房子挺漂亮,木地板,granite counter top, 一zillow就很多人要看,我带去看,本来很想要租的人(没看房就申请了,信用800),还有一个在门口就说她不用看了,不想呆这样的周围环境里。我一问原因,这是其中两个回给我的:
The next door neighbors, was not the best first impression. You could see pipes and beer on there table, i wouldn't want that for my daughters to live next to that.
另一个:We didn’t like how there was dogs on each of side, i can’t imagine how loud they are and outside the townhome it smelled like dog poop, it was strong.
买了十年的condo,从来没碰到这样的事,HOA不肯官方警告,我就跟owner email了,他说好的好的我要agent跟tenant讲要他们注意,但他的tenant现在一点改变也没有,你也不能告他,他也没犯法。愁人。
现在该怎么办,是不是该卖了,HOA真的不管用吗?怎么跟owner去讲?
