真要推广WFH，城里的房子会涨，大城市郊区跌的最多

以纽约为例，除了工作机会，各种资源也是丰富多彩，比周围的郊区强多了。资源包括医疗（顶级医院和顶级医生），教育（顶级私立和公立学校，各种培训，补习），吃喝玩乐（餐馆，娱乐等）,福利 （12万5以下家庭收入的家庭公立大学学费全免）

 

如果真的推广WFH, 很多在加州的码工，中西部大农村工作的，旁边的NJ /CT的，都会往纽约城里搬。毕竟纽约是全世界的纽约，具有稀缺性。它的独特魅力没有别的地区能代替。

 

房价跌的最多的应该是大城市郊区，比如纽约郊区的房子。以前要到城里上班，很多人没办法，只能住在一定的范围内。纽约郊区几乎是这个范围里房价最便宜的选择。一旦推广WFH, 想买便宜房子的可以搬到更远的地方。

 

比生活方式，纽约郊区与中西部大农村的最主要区别就是进城方便一些
