2. 收集所有回复，筛选出高信用分， 高收入， 有好/技术工作，无驱赶记录， 有完整家庭/有上学孩子（高中最好);
3. 然后 发email attach 正式申请表给这些挑出的人填写， 10-15份 就够了。
4. 安排看房， 此间， 观察面相 （面善多easy person)， 问pet 情况 （没有最好，small-size 优于 large-size)，套租住时间 （长租胜与短租）及入住时间， 零缝对接最好。
5. pull 最后 3-5 人的 Background report， 敲定最终租客。
