多谢老朽的建议。 在请教一下eviction律师的问题。

我本想用3 天notice给她一点压力让她给钱。 3天的notice 并不代表启动eviction， 对吧？如果是的，　我觉得房客的理解有误，　我可以和她试着在这3天内沟通一下。　

如果不行，　我会找eviction律师。eviction律师和法院只负责把房客赶走，　并不负责把欠的房租追回，是吗？
