还真有认为疫情期间不用付租金的租客

住了一年多的蓝领租客，一直没问题，但四月五月房租不付，对PM说city规定pandemic期间失业的话房租可以waive, 连个repayment plan都不愿给。city其实只是说七月前不能eviction而已，但此人表示咨询过法律人士，也不知道是什么人对他信口开河。
