Thanks for sharing! Good job! A friendly reminder - Looks like

1) The home is in the north-east/middle-west region?  So, it used old materials.

2) It also seem that the heating system has plenty of asbestos around the heating pipe, is this true?  The Asbestos can be dangerous.
