儿子因女友关系要去LA谷歌上班，地址可能是10800 W Pico Blvd Suite 312, Los Angeles, CA。

两人收入25W。请问考虑到交通问题，价格，未来学区等因素，您觉得在LA那个区买房较好，谢谢。
