波士顿学生房的危机更甚2008

覆巢之下 复有完卵乎？

波士顿的三架马车：教育，生物医疗，高科技，使它在2008经济危机中受到伤害比其他城市轻得多，这次疫情却重创了教育，如果九月不能开学，有些学校可能要彻底关门了。

学生房的房东更是要面对这百年不遇的淡季，淡到没有了。
