1。看得上眼的single family house, 起价一米

2。二层的single standing house, 墙与邻居只隔一条缝，70～80 万

3。三层的炮楼，60～80万。

4。Townhouse， 也要60～80万。

不知谁说的：徳州房产便宜的？地产税也死贵 (2.5-3%)！
