高端房房价要跌一跌吗？

正好看中一个自住房，80万，也没敢看房，就直接下了原价offer。对方是台湾人，咋天据说第一天就好多人去看，他们还住在那儿。今天据说还有好多人约看，seller开始怕virus, 不敢让人看了，直接收了我们的offer.

买房是刚需，孩子下半年想换去那儿的学校。但是seller要求lease back, 等我们搬过去至少九月，大概要在淡季卖掉现在的房子了。感觉这一进一出，明显要买在高点，卖在低点了。

我们这儿行业主要是新兴的IT，我感觉这次recession应该对IT冲击最小，这样是不是说明高端房波动不会太大呢？
