换一次租客好贵啊

旧租客搬出，我们就请人做了一些简单的工作：

粉刷房子内部： $2800

房子内部小修小补， 比如换个水龙头，换smoke detector， 换一个blinds, caulking back splash...材料费一百多，人工两百多， 总共$410

屋顶Moss 处理 $430

Power wash: $? 

什么大修都没有， 就这样换个租客也要四千美元了，我们这里的人工是不是太贵了？
