我比较怀疑你的专业素养。broker如何verify？难道是亲自丈量？broker亲自量难道一定比别的人更准确？

我们这里realtor人员是不被鼓励亲自量，这个写在条例里的。美国用不来尺子的人，不会做算术的人，不能每次都正确使用计算器的人（对很多人来说，按计算器只是偶尔才能算出正确答案）的人不计其数。
