重贷了一个出租房，套出一些现金。。

2017年3月买入价SFH $19万，修理8千后出租，至今是同一个房客，现在出租1800／月。

当初首付加上closing cost共5.8万，月供1117/月（包括贷款月供，地产税和保险）。

2019年11月重新贷款，（估计当时市场价28.5万），拿出现金6.8万。月供变成1380/月，包括贷款月供，地产税和保险。专家们看看，这个投资回报率怎么样？看到大家一本万利的投资，看看我差多远？
