准备下一盘大棋: contingent escape

原来打算把上次买的正在装修的拍卖房子卖掉，然后用来做首付买一个大的rental.

这样很可能错过很好的时机。

刚刚想到的，如果用contingent escape那么就可以在卖房之前就锁定要买的房子。买新的出租房on contingent of selling current rental.

不知道有没有买家能答应这个条款。
