虽然我离退休还早，但我也想找个退休的好地方！

我想买个海边的房子，海滩质量能散步就行，关键是露台能看到海，没有别的阻隔，夜里睡觉能听到海浪声，因为我特别喜欢海浪的声音。想买来做个vacation home, 一年住个几个月，还要离大医院近，这种在哪儿能找到？
