在Palo Alto, 有一个房子，地址是1151 Middlefield， 开始要价 1，495，000 USD。
一直卖不了， 降到1，295，000。 后来有人买了， 成交价是1，230，000。 这个
RE agent竟然在MLS上把成交价写成是1，600，000 USD。

还有一个房子， 要价1，500，000。 我去看时，那agent说， 有人以给了offer at
1,570,000. 他建议如果我有兴趣，赶快个offer. Later I kept monitoring the
home. I do not believe it was ever on pending sale or sold. 这房现在还在
市场上。

另外如果注意观察， 有时能看到明显的房托。

许多RE agents 给的数据是改过的，or 故意选择性的。他们的话大部分是假的。目
的是制造市场假象。他们的目的是骗人买/卖房，赚佣金。许多RE agents已经到了
不择手段的程度。

各位劳苦大众，当心啊， 不要被那些不良agents给骗了。Otherwise,赔了一大笔，
后悔来不及。RE agents的话，只能信10%。 如果要买/卖房， 一定要自己作研究。
