租客自己请了鼠控公司评估

去年我租客报告有老鼠。 其实刚过一年前才花钱请了人鼠控。我建议租客用老鼠药自己处理。 租客同意了。 但没有想到昨天我收到鼠控公司的电邮被告知租客已经联系他们做免费鼠控评估了。 租客没有通知我们。 

我现在还没有回复鼠控公司， 也没有询问租客， 因为我还没有想好怎么处理这件事。 总之我估计是逃不掉支付鼠控费用了。 但是， 我不想让租客牵着鼻子， 他什么时候想鼠控就鼠控， 我只当提款机。 请教各位我怎么掌握主控权， 又如何制止没完没了的鼠控？
