Section 8 is not too bad as tenant,

I have a friend who like chose section 8 as tenant. He told me that he can get payment directly from government with high rate. The amount money more than regular tenant paied is enough to cover all the damage made by sction 8.

The only problem is neighbor will complain if the house is in good area.
