中程房，一早租户短信说，一颗树到了下来，中等大小。把邻居的出口挡住了。一会儿， 邻居打电话， 说offer要去买锯，锯掉大树，然后bill我，100/小时加锯子费。 说不答应他，就去sue我。今天星期天， 大家休息。你们说怎么办好？ 他们这么做有法律依据吗？
