空置地产不符合经济优化，所以地产法律有squatter right这么一说

法律有两派，一派叫做natural law, 自然法，就是私有财产神圣不可侵犯，杀人偿命，等等。

另一派叫做legal realism, 实用主义，认为法律应该为社会服务。

那么社会上有朱门酒肉臭路有冻死骨的时候，两派法律就有不同意见。

记住，你怎么看没有人稀罕，关键是法官怎么看。我刚刚告诉你法官可能的看法。
