有人敢买这样的房子吗?

这个房子在飓风IKY时被一颗大树压垮。整个FAMILY　ROOM　都没了。














三间卧室的屋顶都有破洞。所以整个房子侵泡在水中一个多月，以致于大部分的墙壁都有半人高的MOLD。厨房和厕所的CABINET都已变形。由于没有门窗，厨房的值钱东西都已被偷走。

房子的主人是去年5月刚刚买的FORECLOUSE房子。八月完成了修理放在市场上卖9万。因装修一般没人买。一月后降价到8万。降价刚一周就招到飓风损坏。他从保险公司拿到一大笔赔尝金，据说有10万美金。然后走人，房子SHORT　SALE。只卖$18000。

各位说这个房子能买吗？

我打算卖下这个房。计划$20，000，一个月的时间修复这个房。虽然卖方AGENT给了维修估价书，估计$40，000修复这个房。我准备自己动手，再HIRE几个墨西哥人。这样可以节省很多钱。

如果能卖到8万，我就有钱可赚。

祈祷吧，但愿不要赔钱。
