该换铁皮屋顶吗？

自住房，10年旧。前些天请人清moss把它搞漏了。roof公司告诉我，如果换铁皮roof,$15,000左右， shingles只要差不多一半。我是准备在这个房子一直住下去的，20／30年吧。大师们怎么看？铁皮roof网上一般评价都不错。
