想问问大家关于理财的问题。我家儿子从小医疗要自费花不少钱，但过去几年不再需要高额的医疗费了，我一下就积攒出了很多cash。现在已经退休金都放满，想问问积攒下来的cash该如何投资。我还要工作20-25年，想问问大家的意见，想投资多给儿子存些钱。另外把钱用来买个新的大房子自己住对路子吗？现在是好的时间吗？我朋友说，我该downsize而不是upsize，因为几年后儿子要上大学了。但我儿子今年过敏孝喘的厉害，我想换个新房子会不会对他的健康有帮助。谢谢大家！
