Unfortunately I do not have a great credit score. I recently went through a divorce a year ago. But I have been renting for a year and I can provide that I always paid my rent on time and also I was never late. I also have steady income and can provide paystubs.
Also I could get a cosigner. My sister would be wiling to cosign. She has a credit score of 800 and also works as a Physician
