Subfloor Damage 续 - 想听听大家的建议

漏的地方在地下室的一个角落里，不挪开Insulation很难看出来。两年前应该还没有漏，从内墙目前也看不出任何漏水痕迹，所以很可能只是外墙漏。漏水的位置正对图2窗的右侧，初步估计是窗右上角漏。换subfloor之前必需得先修漏，换siding估价3000。想听听大家有什么其它建议，先谢谢了！
