洗衣机坏了，请教

今天房客告知家里的GE washer （6年新）“making a high squealing noise during the spin cycle”. 还有，“washer turns, but doesn't spin.  Water is not being fully extracted during the spin cycle and clothes are still soaked by the end of the cycle. ”

请教以下问题：

1.这种情况一般是什么原因？是tub bearing坏了吗？GE washer感觉修起来挺费力的。

2. 打电话给appliance repair，说是一般diagnosis要$89-$99, 一口价diagnosis+repair要$195-240. 而新买一个Whirpool的washer税前$513, Kenmore的washer税前$450, delivery和hook up都免费，haul way老washer要$30. 这样情况下，各位地主们是选择修还是直接买个新的呢？

3. 这个房客蛮麻烦的，住进来以后3个月搞坏了客厅的地毯，给她新换了，现在一个月不到洗衣机又坏了。想问一下这种情况washer是她搞坏的可能性有多高啊？还是机子已经6年了，本来就该换新的了。。。。
