granite countertop stain太多怎么办？

厨房的countertop用的granite，买的时候没有seal，现在很多油污stain，试了很多办法都不能清除，现在房子要出租，quote了一下重新换个granite还要加几百granite countertop removal的费用，cost不低，请教各位地主有什么办法可以清除granite stain，granite脏了可以paint么？还可以怎么处理可以继续当countertop用？
