现金付房租

今年8月招了一个新租户是single mother带着二个上初中的孩子. 查了她的信用记录(690)和三个月的银行账户还行就租给她了。她的工作是做指甲的. 现在她每次预付三个月的房租而且付现金。请大家说说这对我有什么危险？
