hot water heater （ 烧gas 的热水器）不点火， 请求帮助

各位新老地主大侠， 今天发现hot water heater 不工作。 经查， 是pilot 不能点着。 也能闻到gas 的气味， 就是无法点燃pilot. pilot 不能点着， hot water heater 当然就不工作， 也就没有热水了。 各位大侠能否说说这是哪里出了毛病， 如何解决？
