我也有问题：租客搬走了dryer

我星期五搬走的租客欠我有三千，我本来就只想让他们搬走就好了。那是一个单亲妈妈和20岁的儿子和十七岁的女朋友。当时说服我他们应该付房租没问题， 因为三个人都可以工作，但事实是每个月都挤不足。我赶了一次，他们付了部分求我让他们留下我就电话constable说算了， 最近那个单亲妈妈丢了工作，我给了他们两个星期搬走，他们倒是准时搬走了， 要不我还得花一个月赶他们，到最后搬走就欠了三千了。还堵了下水道。这是另外的话题。 现在是他们还把我的dryer搬走了。还有他们搬一个额外冰箱进来有破坏，搬运公司说可以付修的款， 我给了他们bill、也要求他们return the dryer。现在他们不理我的text。我不满他们欠我那么多还搬走了dryer。你会怎么办？ BTW，我现在收了两个月定金搬了新租客进来。是不是就算了。纠缠也不是我的个性。我一般选择move on。可这个有点憋气。LOL
