回答: 一般公司没有这么好的吧。公司不会让你的IRA roll back到401K的。所以你的IRA还是要按比例交税的。IRS不允许你

有一定道理。不过政府/IRS并不反对Traditional-IRA Rollover 到401K (URL include 的）
