请问有投资房的朋友，会影响小孩以后申请奖/助学金吗？

听说以后小孩上大学申请奖学金或者助学金的时候有一些条件，比如家庭收入多少，银行存款多少，不知道投资房会不会也算是条件之一？如果买了一个10万美元的投资房却影响了奖/助学金的申请，会不会有点得不偿失？谢谢
