昨天去看了一个ranch，3室2浴，flat lot，这个我喜欢，环境不错，就是很破，

屋顶里外都要换（里面是吊顶），浴室厨房都要重做，地毯有很重的猫狗尿臭，去除装地板

没有地下室

房子很小，请人做大约多少钱？
