这个可能是什么问题？怎么回应？要找什么人去看呢？谢谢？

这个房客很挑剔，住了两年多，据她说自己也在其他州有房子出租。前一阵倚range oven说事，感觉她们是想搬走了。事情都按她要求处理了，合同到期后，我们涨了房租。没想到她们又要续租一年，现在刚刚续租才2个月，又出现这个问题：

We are having an issue with terrible foul, rotten smells coming out of the pipes in the kitchen and in the shower.  I put Liquid Plumber twice, and also tried baking soda and vinegar a few times, but the smell keeps coming back.  I think there is something backed up in the pipes, a leak, or something not functioning right. 

 

Please call Friday if possible.
