为什么有人宁可交税也要甩房子，还有人不停地抢房子，现在是什么情况？

我这里（Phoenix/Arizona)高端房产卖不动，有降价的趋势，而低端房产还有人抢，前两天看中一个小房子，刚和list agent联系上，就被别人用full price cash offer抢走了，听说还有10多个普通的offer。

现在应该继续等待吗？
