两个都是好 deal,大家说说选哪个好?

一个在本城市最好的学区,也是富人区,白人聚集的地方.但听说高中吸毒现象严重,房子成交价比去年市场价低$150k.
另一个是第二好学区,高中少有吸毒,中国人和老印几乎占了不得1/3,孩子功课压力大,因为一个比一个聪明,自家孩子不是非常聪明的那种,怕给人垫底.房子成交价比去年市场价低$100k.

只能买得起一个,请出出注意
