卖房续－不得不说这个中介是高手，当然我更高

    拿到86万offer后，是个condition AL pending买家在 Waterloo那里房子的sale，不限制我卖给别人。

      签完后我agent马上建议我把100万在市场上降价10万 挂899000，这样可以吸引买家过来给到更接近90万的offer。

      我联系到目前租我的好房客八月初去纽约度假，我跟agent说大好时机干脆那两周四个周末天开四个open house。看后继如何!
