自住房不是asset 负现金流的出租房不是asset 只有正现金流的出租房才是asset

Robert Kiyosaki said : "In business terms, assets are your pros and liabilities are your cons. The simple definition of an asset is something that puts money in your pocket."

根据上面的定义：

自住房不是asset

负现金流的出租房不是asset

只有正现金流的出租房才是asset

你可以有自己的terms和定义，无妨。但是其他的定义会让你要么畏惧不前要么固步自封。

PS. 大家要站在追加投资的角度去考虑，这事就明了了

 

 

 

但是上面的定义可以让你在投资上势如破竹，勇往直前。因为只要是赚钱的就是ASSET，你ASSET越多越好，不用担心受怕说做到多大就不敢再做了，正现金流的出租房是正循环反馈。可以让你越做越大。

有了次定义投资道路上遇到的杂音和反对声都可以忽视。
