终于搞定了tenant

昨天浪费了几个小来回text 关于清理的问题。

请了2波人打扫他们还不满意，而且还狮子开大口地要$750外加cleaning fee.  今天Settled. 我再雇人清理一次。双方和解。死了好多脑细胞。是华裔二代，超挑剔。全新appliances, floor, windows, paint.

昨天一生气没学习。作业又落下了，明天交作业还没开始学习看书。

今天准备早下班，闭关学习。
