palo alto 的房子现在又开始抢了。前两个月房子都在市上卖不动，

这个月不知买房的吃错了药或者喝高了，突然好位置的房子全 pending 或 sold， 还有的房子刚出来，没几天就 sold，连 pending都没有，肯定是 cash buyer.

看来买房的也象赶时髦似的。
