一房客发现有TERMITE, 叫一公司派人检查估价，结果他发现屋底下一片潮湿且发黑。 Sink drain leaks，看来已有一段时间了。 房客说Sink drain 有点堵。叫来 PLUMING，结果是这样的：  应该怎么办？
