刚给房客发了没交房租的notice，房客就file破产了，怎么办？

刚给房客发了没交房租的notice，房客就file破产了(06/25 chapter 7)

我该怎么办？

1. 等到July 房租Miss了，再发个new 房租没交的notice，file eviction after that。

2. File the motion of lift the automatic stay

3. File 2 as well as file eviction case
