可以租给adult sisters with their children 吗？

第一个出租房，地区比较偏僻，上市十天了，PM 起始定价2000，我觉得有点高但是PM挺有信心，说一般7天可以租出去，头七天只有一个showing几个询问但是没人租。七天后降价100，现在有 adult sisters 想看房，有小孩 >= 2。租给adult sisters with their children 有什么缺点？

可以考虑吗？ 或者pass on 这个等别的。
