公司要租我的房作Airbnb。

昨天发出去的广告，说实话，房租高到我自己都怀疑。分析周围最近出租的房子，我的价格刚刚好。刚收到一个信息。

有哪位前辈遇到过这种事吗？ 我看了一下这个网站，好像是一个人来租房子，拿出不用的房间给 https://loftium.com ， 出租到Airbnb。

1: 利弊。好处能看到是房租高。坏处是什么： 法律风险？毁坏房子？
